Hello, I filled out a PPI check some time ago. I did it hastily as the date was nearing. I never sent back the forms that the company sent to me so didn't actually sign anything. I have numerous texts from them stating that they could not pursue a claim without the forms being sent back. A bank them started communicating directly with me (due to the original form getting filled out). I've had a check sent to me from the bank and now this company has sent me a link to make payment. Do I need to pay it? They had said they couldn't pursue a claim without the relevant paperwork being sent back. I purposely didn't as I was communicating directly with the bank myself. They are threatening court action if I do not pay.
PPI claim-do I need to pay a fee to company?
