Hi all!
Hope you can help.
Having some issues with a product I bought from Netgear. I've had it for about 6 months and ran into some issues with it completely not working. Have been on the phone with the company for over 45 minutes diagnosing it as a software issue. They then said I would need to renew my "phone warranty" which had expired at £100 for the year if I wanted to speak to someone technical.
Having said that, I still have a hardware warranty that they offer on their products but they wont replace it as "it isn't a hardware issue" e.g. broken.
In my eyes, the product is defective and needs replacing as it isn't fit for use. What are my consumer rights in this instance?
Many thanks!
