  • Can ex-partner do this?

    Hi just joined!

I bought a house with partner (not married or civil) providing the deposit in full myself of £80K.

She had no money but foolishly I allowed property solely in her name along with mortgage. Love!

Partner left home nearly three years ago to be with old b/f leaving little one with me.

Co-parenting generally worked out ok without agreement & 6.y.o spent more time with me before Pandemic

After Pandemic I became ill and 6.y.o has spent more time with her.

Her most recent relationship didn't work out after she moved home with him.

She now wants me to leave my home and clear out possessions, so she can move in with little one saying she cant afford her rent.

Mortgage still in her name but I pay it from my bank a/c, along with all bills.

I understand I have no 'Home Rights' but is there anything I can register at Land Registry to stop her threatening to sell my home and kick me out?

    Please help
