The week before thanksgiving ,my daughter and i went to n.j. To say goodbye to my dying brother! The toll booths were not maned, there was no automated system to pay the tolls and we don't have an ez pass! We had to proceed with out paying. A couple of weeks later,we received notices that we were to pay the tolls and a $50.00 dollar administration fee for each toll processed!
We paid the tolls and used the dispute section of the notices when we returned the toll money but not the administrative fee, as stated in the notices!
Yesterday we received another notice from ez pass demanding the administrative fees now !
It's was not our fault that there was no way to pay ,other than ez pay !!!
