  • Debt recovery notice for PCN which was not received

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help.

On 31st December I received a debt recovery notice (dated 16th December) relating to a parking fine issued on 28th October. I didn't receive the original PCN which I'm assuming is because the address used on the letter from the debt recovery company doesn't include my house number or street address.

I'm not sure what to do. Should I contact the original company who issued the fine? Or should I contact the debt company?

Does anyone have any experience of the companies that offer to appeal PCNs on your behalf?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So give some names of the companies.

Your letter to the debt collectors is that this is the first you have heard of this alleged debt, which you dispute, and return it to their client.

SAR to the parking company demanding all documents they hold about you and your car.

it's not a fine, it's an invoice for an alleged breach of contract.

The perceived results from the handling companies is not brilliant, one has stopped working and disappeared leaving customers in the lurch
