  • Just got Court Court Claim form - today is deadline to respond. HELP

Hi, I have just picked up a Claim Form for my brother that was sent to my late mothers empty house. It is dated 11 December, so i think that means we have until today to acknowledge. This is for an old debt of my brother. He has been in a bot of a mess for the last couple of years,, had a stroke, been declared homeless and has stress, anxiety and other health issues so I am helping him work through everything.

I am a bit panicked as to what to do. The address of the claim form is not my brothers address - it was his c/o address when he was homeless. Other paperwork may have gone to my Mum's when she was alive but i'm not sure

I'm trying to log into the moneyclaim site , set up a gov gateway login but am worried about giving his new address - am I just being silly?

I'm hoping as its day 5=14 I can just acknowledge today while i work out what to do next.

    The claim is dydens ltd
