  • Bogus PCN's

How can you never park on a car park and still get parking charge notice from a private car parking company? When you have had trouble with a completely separate private car parking company.

    How does that work?

Christmas nightmare on Christmas eve. costing £400.00p in total.

I think you need to give a more detailed explanation. Do not infer the identity of the driver, use "the driver...." etc.

I presume these are windscreen tickets. Post up a redacted copy please.

If a Notice to keeper then also a redacted copy but leave dates.

Anything to do with your previous thread? If so then continue with that thread rather than start a second.

    How come £400?

My posts have been true and accurate, last post sounding off! Due to being perplexed and angry plus poorer.

      Payed all 5 PCN's.

Contemplating going to the court of public opinion on twitter etc.

My son paid the last one before I realized what he had done so it did not spoil Christmas.

I hoped they would stop, but they did not and I have paid a heavy price.

Just finding it hard to get past the injustice at the moment and dreading the the postman bringing another bogus PCN from either company.

I will certainly use Legal Beagles again having stumbled across it, because it gives you another point of view or views on a subject you need help on and may know nothing about. Will look up issues that interest me and would recommend it to others.

In answer to you question, I do not know, human nature! now they've found a patsy who pays.
