  • Capquest and DMP

    Hello some advice please .
I have been in a debt management plan for over 8 years and steady as it goes paying off my debt. One of my creditors was Marbles/SAV credit card who sold the debt onto NCO Europe and Capquest seem to be the company that gets the payments from Payplan.

My question is why do Capquest still appear on my credit file when all the other creditors have dropped off several years ago. I have never had any account with Capquest that I have every agreed to and when I wrote to Experian to explain this, they say Capquest submit them with data and I need to query with them.

They cannot even give me my CCA I asked for it on November 21st and it was passed down the gravy train still not any sign.
Often Payplan seem to be slow to pay after a review and Capquest jump in with a late payment marker recently this has happened twice in the past year but cannot get any sense out of Capquest and Payplan say its all in order.

Basically why have they the right to be on my credit file when all the other creditors are long gone even though they have also been sold on?

Because you have a payment plan with them, each payment is being captured on your credit file. The late payment markers need challenging because they will be slightly worsening the impact on your credit worthiness.
Presumably the other creditors did not have payment plans?
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Hi Thank you for your reply, yes they all did have a payment plan and still continue, but it is over 6 years old and have all dropped off.
Sav Marbles sold the debt on and this Capquest appeared on credit report and has never gone. They are as as of Today unable to produce My CCa requested on the November 2020.
