Hello I signed a Car lease agreement with a broker 2 weeks ago.
The lease is very one sided with all kinds of charges / penalties should I decide to cancel.
The vehicle was due to be delivered Monday and I decided to check up yesterday after hearing nothing from the broker.
The broker is saying the car isn't available and they are now cancelling the agreement as Skoda have changed the deal - I have checked with other brokers and a similar deal is still available with cars ready in stock for delivery.
I think they have messed up on the quote and now want an excuse to back out.
Where do I stand when I have all the signed paperwork from a consumer point of view.
Can I enforce them to honour the agreement?
Thanks for any advice!
