DVLA lost medical results

Hi, I'm hoping somebody can help with an issue my girlfriend has with the DVLA.
My girlfriend has ended her driving ban and theoretically should be allowed to drive again but the DVLA are saying that they have lost her blood test and DVLA medical assessment results. Despite phoning and emailing a complaint she is getting nowhere and soon will lose her 10 year no claims bonus. Is there anybody who can advise what she could do please??
