  • Damage sewage drain

Every 6 months my sewage drain over flows and I keep call to report. They will come out and clear it but up to this day they are yet to actually fix the damage so that it can stop over flowing in to my garden and smelling up my home. Been living hear 5 years now and they have yet to repair the block.

Depends on where the block is. If it's under your property then it's up to you to repair

As ostell lf it is the single drain on your property, it is your responsibility.
However at the point where it leaves your property. or enters a shared system (even on your property) it becomes the problem for the local sewerage undertaker

So you need to ascertain where the problem lies
