Hi I have received communication from JC International regarding my talktalk contract.

I received their threat of a ccj and replied with a defence via the government gateway. I have now received a further communication stating that based on the content of the defense they will continue with the ccj unless its paid by 17th December.

My defense is based on the fact that when vacating the home at which I had the talktalk contract I contacted talktalk who stated a new line (second line) could be put in at my new address (parents who already had broadband) . A date was set for installation but this never happened despite various communications to talktalk.

My question is this a sufficient defense
    thanks
