Cifas removal helpppp

I have a Cifas marker on my account from a bank for using identity of deceased when doing some digging it’s an application made in my deceased fathers name on my address clearly a mistake from me or an auto fill mistake as we have the same name and address history

the bank are refusing to remove Cifas even though I have explained this is most probably a mistake
