NCP parking charge

I refuse to pay a NCP parking notice because I have had 4 in total and already paid 3 of them, I am guilty of 3 of the pcn's but not fourth. the latest charge I did not get a letter giving me the the chance to pay the lesser amount and been ordered to pay £100.00p. I would rather pay a solicitor than give NCP any more money for something I did not do.
Could some advise or help me stop these pcn's from coming.

So post up the PCN, suitably redacted, but leave dates. Perhaps a little more detail would help. Don't infer the identity of the driver.
