    Write to DRP and tell them that you have no liability for thus alleged debt and you have informed their principal, but without response. You therefore demand that they return the debt to the principal and not continue the harras you.

    Letter to PPO informing them that as you have not heard from them after your appeal you are therefore assuming that the appeal was succesful. Point out to them that in addition to the failure to comply with 14 (2) (a) of POFA they have also failed to give the notice of hirer liability in the format mandated by 14 (5) (a) of the Act. You therefore demand that they stop further action on this matter, including action by your debt collectors.

    Of course first class post with free certificate of posting from a post office

        ostell DRP have also ignored the letter to
        Send debt back, we’ve had no response from UKparking Patrol and just PAYNOW DEMANDS from DRP
        should we just sit tight?
