    received a dwf letter after being caught shoplifting at a store. the DWF letter has a breakdown

    value of goods stolen £6 then underneath value of amount received £6. then the security charge of £150. Why have they put a value on the letter & then removed it on the next line down. total amount due states £150.00

    Don't worry about what they write in their letters...just bin them.
    They try and make them look ever so proper and legal just to scare peeps into paying their outrageous demands

    If you paid for their goods they have lost nothing.
    Their security costs would have been incurred whether or not you tried to abscond with that item, and they have no right to try and palm them off on you

    Just ignore their letters
