Hi everyone,
My credit file shows a credit card with TSB and I have not made a payment in over 5 years, in Scotland the debt is statute barred. My question is during this period my bank would take a payment without my authorisation, I would then phone them to put it back and they would and the interest would continue. My question is would a reversed payment be regarded as a payment or not or me asking for a payment to be returned act as contact. it shows as a payment being made on experien but does not change the balance. Thanks for any help.
