reading on from the situation above where a benficiary won't sign off. I'm the flip side of the coin.
I am a residual beneficiary of my late mother's estate along with my 3 siblings. My youngest purchased a car 1 month before mum died from mum's money agreeing to reimburse the siblings out if her share of the inheritance but she's now saying she doesn't owe any money. What happens if I refuse to sign off. The car was over £10000?
