  • Divulging Information before being made redundant

I will be made redundant soon by my employer, as the sole IT person for a company do I legally have to provide information about the systems etc to my employer before leaving or is that their problem?

I am not sure about the legal issue. However, they are your employees and you should do your job to the best of your ability.
On a purely selfish note I'm sure potential employers will seek a reference !
Always leave a job on the best possible terms.
