Creditors Not Playing Ball

Hi,

I'm looking for help as to where to post my question. I have a problem with a couple of credit cards not engaging with me / ignoring letters from me / going back on what we've agreed etc etc - I can go into full details once I know which thread to post my query in. I guess it's in the debt section, but not sure if to post it in the "General", "Banks", "Credit Cards" or even the "Consumer Credit Act". Any guidance much appreciated.

Also, can someone explain to me what the VIP membership allows you to do?
