FTA before the date

What kind of action can I take for being arrested at 2 am with my kids having to go to the babysitter and me getting bailed out of jail coming up with money I don't have over a FTA that hasn't even happened yet it's tomorrow?

?FTA = failure to appear (in court)

Could you explain more please?
It sounds as if you are in USA, but this is a UK site so you may not obtain the help you are seeking as procedures are different
