Closing probate administratikn

I am in Michigan and I’ve issued the sworn statement to close my mothers probate case (I’m the personal rep) it’s been almost 10 months, I just received a claim from a creditor that never submitted one when I was settling her debts. Is the claim valid? Is I understand they only had 4 months to issue the claim or be barred. If so is there anything that I have to do further with the claim, with the court for example as far as filing any additional paperwork for that claim. Any help would be great
