  • Hi - but why lack of replies.

    Hi all. I am from Lancaster and joined the forum after enjoying learning - on the job! - about litigation in person and prosecuting a county court claim through MCOL. It's good learning and I have already received some great advice from a VIP member on here.

    One question i have on this board, is that I note quite a few posts from weeks/months ago which have not been replied to but seem rather straight forward or at least they are ostensibly clear and specific as to help needed. Why are they not replied to. Is there a preferred way to ask a question, is there a protocol. Are there issues that are off bounds?

    Just wondering.

    I think the answer lies in the fact that we are all volunteers and have other lives.
    There just aren't enough hours in the day to respond to every post and some posts unfortunately do get missed
