  • Wrong information on an official court document

I received a court document regarding a claim against me the claim was fraudulent anyway but i noticed that they had a different date of birth for me as this is a court document does this make it an invalid document? As if it is passed and stamped by the court they are acknowledging that the information they have presented to the court is correct. But if i advised the person that information is incorrect and does not relay to me they would have to re-apply to the court.
