Unfortunately I am off work due to my depression. My workplace changed the way they count our holiday entitlement - how much you get your holiday depends on hours worked per week. On my contract I have 40h, but my payslip shows that my ssp isn't counted toward my holiday. Should it be counted as I would work 40h?
