    Am at a loss as to where to go next. Have a dispute with Music Magpie which I cannot resolve would love any help

      !
      Bought a reconditioned Xbox one x for sons bday back in June. Paid £289. Upon receiving Xbox was in brilliant condition as stated we plugged it in , however it would not load up software after a quick google of the error code it was clear was an internal problem so contacted MM the next day to report the fault and sent back. A fee days later MM contacted me to say the Phone they received from me was damaged and my warranty invalid therefore they would not look at it and returned it immediately. After I received it back it still looked in perfect condition and after many emails back and forth to customer service I eventually got them to send me a picture of what they claim has been damaged and it is a couple of tiny marks on the back of the console that are barely visible!! They are claiming I must have tried to open the Xbox which I absolutely did not. As I bought the Xbox reconditioned this tiny mark would not have caused me any concern in the slightest. I could have returned the Xbox purely because I’d changed my mind and they would have had to refund (which I wish I had ) but I just wanted it to be repaired. They have rejected all my emails asking for me to see evidence this damage was not there when they sent it to me and basically said this is their final decision. I am just appalled and feel like they have ripped me off completely. I have now logged a section 75 claim with my credit card but it has just come back that MM have challenged it again. Can anyone help with my next step ? Thanks so much and sorry it’s so lengthy!!
