Section 215 received,help to appeal

I have been issued with a Section 215 & would like to Appeal before the 12th Nov
Is there a draft letter of Appeal? I welcome any help/advice. It has been very problematic getting quotes & work done this year. I am worried sick & hope someone may help. Thanks

There are only limited grounds on which you can appeal and I doubt there is a template available.
On what basis do you intend appealing?
You could post a draft of your appeal on here to let others make suggestions about it.
