  • BW Legal & NCP unresponsive

Where to next wise world? A PCN issued on NCP managed land, issued 27/8/19, alleged offence 25th July 2019 - should this even stand ( 32 day time lapse has been pointed out to BWL and ignored)? Telephone call made to NCP on 25/7/19 (phone records to show call) to state meter not working - NCP acknowledge "it's fine, no cameras in that carpark", but fine followed. Numerous emails etc etc cannot get NCP transcript, cannot stop BW progressing the matter, now on to County Court Claim. How do I stop the BWL machine? Thanks

So is it an actual claim with the form from Northampton or just the threat?

Has the driver been identified? If not then they are too late to be able to hold the keeper liable, unless it's a hire car

HAve you got, and can you post up, the original PCN

SAR to NCP requesting al the hold about you, including recordings or transcripts of all phone calls.

      Thanks for quick reply.
Annoyingly Mr Farmer replied to NTK and acknowledged the ticket, so that option has no avenue for pursuit. Hindsight.....
Multiple calls and emails have borne no fruit from NCP and BWL. A pile of correspondence from last September.
Actual claim form - Northants. BWL ignored last response and sent standard pursuit reply, so now here we are. Frustrated at how they can continue to pursue......Will send NCP SAR
Assume must prepare defence for CCC unless some other way to stop the machine?
