  • Checking my credit score and finding a CCJ

    Hello Forum
    This is my time posting.
After checking my personal credit score, I have noticed a bloody CCJ lodged against my name from a few years ago! I don't even know what it relates to.
It is logged in at the Northampton Courts. I have tried emailing the court with the email address I was given, but it keeps bouncing back.
Any ideas as what to do , and who to contact!!! Is there any chance of having this CCJ cancelled?
    Look forward to your comments.

You have to apply to the court to get it cancelled, £255, unless the creditor agrees and it is £100.

You need to find out the claim number of the case. Contact the claimant. Sounds like a default judgement with the wrong address
