Directions Questionnaire request out of the blue

Received today 17th October a request for a directions questionnaire without any other correspondence what so ever. It has to be submitted by 21st October and the order is dated 12th October. Going to call the court to ask why but just want to know if this is normal practice? The claimant details tell me this is from something which was set aside in January and I haven't received anything since so I'm confused as to why I have this. Any help or advice?
