Parking Charge Notice -Smart Parking

Hi,

Really hoping someone can help. I’ve received a parking charge notice and the charge is now £100. Al though I do use that car park I always pay for parking when I do.

The letter I have received shows my car moving on the car park, not parked Is this a valid reason to speak?

It's not a valid reason. Remove hints at possible driver. Use "the driver......" etc
Post up the notice suitably redacted of identifying details but leave dates
