Went to a BP service station about 10 days ago at 19.15hrs to drop off my son for training at a nearby centre. It was dark and raining and i didn't notice any parking signs. I left 10 mins later after buying a paper at the stations store. I came back at 21.30 to collect him.
MET Parking Services issued a parking charge notice on the basis of double dipping.
How can i prove that i didn't sit in a cold, dark car fir 2 hours? They could intentionally "lose" the images of my car leaving at 19.25 and arriving at 21.30. Who will POPLA believe? I should add the photo of my car number plate is very dark and doesn't seem to me to show where it was taken .

So now you have told the whole world the drivers details. Get editing

They would have to show it was the same driver each time, a car can't create a contract. Post up the redacted PCN but leave the dates
