New Car issue

I bought a Jeep Renegade from Unity Automotive 30/03/2019 with as I believed their 5:3:5 guarantee ie 5 yrs breakdown, 3 yrs servicing, 5 yrs warranty. Verbally told by salesman only, nothing on paper to this effect. Booked service Sturgess Leicester April 2020 to find no service plan attached to car. Complained to Unity, got nowhere, contacted Jeep Customer Services Italy. They negotiated with Unity Oxford; Jeep paid for the first service with Sturgess, Unity agreed to pay for the next 2 services and to add my details to the main Jeep customer database to this effect so whichever Jeep garage I go to can access the info. I have an email from Jeep with this offer which I accepted. Heard from Jeep Customer Care lady today advising they can do no more as Unity as blocking her calls and not responding to her emails any more. It is impossible to go to Unity for the next 2 services, not only is it too far from Leics where I live but within 3 weeks I am moving to mid wales. I need them to honour their agreement, pay Jeep and get my vehicle service plan uploaded to the Jeep main customer database. Any idea what I can do next to get this resolved please? I have contacted the Motor Ombudsman today but site says it is taking u to 6 months to deal with new issues. Thanks!
