Hi all really hoping someone can give advice. I received a county claim pack from Northampton county court and my 33 days are up on Tuesday 12th October. I acknowledged the claim pack within the 14 days but nothing more, on 14/9 i received a response from PRA about the CCA request and was informed that they would the account on hold and cease any further collection activity while they obtain the information. The county court claim has not been placed on hold and today i have received an email from UK-ILDSolutions@PRAGroup with a .7s file attatchment that at first i could not open, once i managed to open it there are a number of old MBNA credit card statements in the file with my name on them but no original or reconstituted signed agreement - Does this comply as completing the CCA request or should they be sending me a physical document in the post?

I've requested a copy of the deed of assignment but PRA Group are declining this as they claim it contains sensitive commercial information.

I'm not sure if this is PRA using scare tactics in order to get me to make contact or what i'm supposed to do, please can someone help as i only have days left before i'm out of time on the county court claim.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi - No that does not constitute compliance with CCA. Follow our guide in the right hand sidebar and draft and submit your defence ASAP using the CCA points.
How old is the account? Year of opening?
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Sorry, posted this earlier but forgot to login so showing as guest. The date of the account is April 2016, the statements are original copies of monthly card statements showing my name and address, reading other posts i've assumed that this is proof of the debt and therefore complies with the CCA Request. i can forward copies of the response to the CCA request & card statements in the attachment received if that would help?
