I challenged a will document presented by a sibling and a sibling caveats we're placed after 7 years she capitulated and an agreement was prepared and agreed by all beneficiaries. After trying to instruct several solictors to apply for power of attorney to complete the probate none would apply due to many complications, I and another beneficiary applied to get the letters of grant to enable us to instruct a solicitor to complete the formalities. Unfortunately the sibling who produced the false will instructed a solicitor who blocked our application giving false information to the probate office ,who blocked any further application. I have written to this solicitor who although had no input in the will document, must have received details on how the Will was prepared and presented to my mother. I have therefore sent them a larkin Negus letter. Are they obliged to reply and does the agreement between beneficiaries protect against fraud as we have evidence the signature on the will is not valid and is the reason the sibling capitulated. The probate have instructed the law society provide a solicitor to act for the estate, 3 months on no firm has come forward.

Bestofboth are you the guest that made the first post or is this a seperate query? If another query the don't hijack someone else's thread, start your own!
To the original poster. Did you know your dad had died? If not then this could be an heir hunter investigating probate. Possibly worth responding, with care.
