Hi there
looking for advice about parking on private land where I live.. Premier parking Ltd deal with this site a man comes around taking photos of peoples cars if not parked properly also parked in the right bay etc.. My question is can they take me to court for not paying there PCN they now are using bw legal to get hundreds of pounds from me to pay up and threatening me with court proceedings! Can they do that.. All advice would be appreciated.

What does your lease say about parking? What signs have they put up about the place?

They can take you to court and if there are several tickets then they are more likely to do that.
