  • DWF letter

    Hi.
I received DWF letter regarding shoplifting, although I paid for the all items when I was caught, the supermarket manager said you banned, and no complain.
But after 2 weeks I received a letter from DWF, which asks me to 150£.
Could you please help me if I ignore this letter what will happen next?
They charge me double? Or take me to court?
    Thanks

You ignore and file the letters. They are trying to claim security costs but that is what they have already been paid for by the store as part of their contract. Another company, RLP, took a similar case to court and lost spectacularly. Search on this site for RLP Oxford

If you ignore the letter nothing will happen except they will send you another...and another... and eventually give up!
You can read their letters here before they send them to you! https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...rs-rlp-and-dwf
