parking charge to wrong address

I had a parking charge two years, I appealed but heard nothing back. It now transpires meters have been going to not my last address, it the address before which I moved out of in 2013.
They sent the first letter to the house I was in but then anything after that, to my previous address?!
This letter is now talking about court action, and the fine it’s £160.
Can I challenge this further? Do I ignore it?

So what is the address on the V5 for the car and when was it updated?

So have you still got the PCN you received. How did you know letters had gone to the wrong address?
