  • Totally confused about how to appeal

    Hi,

I have been trying to find the correct way to appeal a parking ticket from Premier Parking Ltd, an IPC member. I am not a stupid person but I have tried another forum and despite lots of advice, I am still not sure how to appeal, as I just keep getting directed to appeals templates which don't seem to make sense.

I cannot find details of the landowner, so I cannot appeal to them.

I have proof of purchase and the ticket. My car is a lease car, but I am not sure if I give my name and address or the lease firms.

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date in addition to your images of the vehicle.

In order to resolve the dispute I attach copies of the parking ticket I purchased along with a screenshot from my bank statement to prove the payment for parking was made.

Details of keeper or lesee/ hirer:

Please can someone just advise me what I need to say in my appeal.

The lease company gave your details to remove liability from themselves.

As the hirer did you get a copies of your hire agreement and the original PCN to the lease company?

That appeal not recommended and edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred.

And posting as a guest will not permit you to edit so ask the moderators to remove that appeal

Posting up a copy of the Notice to Hirer you received, suitably redacted, usually helps, after creating a userid and signing in

Have you identified the driver, simple Yes or No
