    Dear Sirs,

    22 September 2020

    16:11

My question is :- Are rights of way when recorded in the land registry legally enforceable?

My neighbour and his family have started parking on the right of way to my property - he says that I can't do anything about it.

As I understand the rights of way over land are there FOR ALL TIME unless we both give up our rights of over each others property.

This was mentioned to me by a solicitor who lived there before the current owners.

My neighbour does everything possible to annoy me including placing heavy objects in the way.

    What is my position?

    Regards

    Ken Dowling
