Hello from new member grumpole 20 09 20

Dear All, Thank you for allowing me to join Legal Beagles. My issue is Credit Card Debt which I believe to be unenforceable due to Consumer Credit Act 1974 breaches. No true copy of CCA agreement dated June 1978 provided despite repeated requests from the new owner of the debt, previously owned by a high street bank.
