  • CCJ set aside

Hi there I have recently found CCJ on my credit profile.Back in 2015 my account with Anglian water was in arrears.I owed the £393.12. On my credit history CCJ is dated 14/01/2016 £503 Looking back through by bank statements looks like I settled full amount of money £393.12 on 14/12/2015. I contacted Anglian water and asked and they are saying they applied for summons in court on 10/12/2015 and that yes I did make the full payment but did not pay the court fee and charges thats why they have put this CCJ on my credit report for £503 and that they had to send me warrant separately on later date and I settled their fee on 10/03/2016 for £186 and it says satisfied on my file dated 15/04/2016.
I don't remember receiving anything from court. there are some postal issues at new development I live at sometimes our letters get delivered at another road right next to our road . My house is number 3 and their door number is 3 . I am not sure if paper got delivered at wrong address . I never got them.
Anglian water are not helping me they are saying they have placed this correctly on the my file and that they will not help me remove this.
My Argument is first of all I paid full amount of bill on 14/12/2015 and have bank statement confirming that and the CCJ on my credit report is dated £503 even if they are saying they got summon on 10/12/2015 which I never received why would they put this amount of £503 when they have already received £393.12.
Do I stand any chance of setting this aside through court?I need to apply for mortgage and dreading having this CCJ on my credit report. please help...........
