  • Virgin mobile account suspended

    Hi, so I've been having a debate with Virgin Mobile. My services were suspended due to non payment but still continue to be charged the monthly fee. My understanding would be if I am unable to use the service then surely I can't be charged for something I am unable to use? I have no issue settling the debt for months I could access my allowance but take issue with being charged for something I cannot use. It's not tied to a handset it is sim only.
