F413D6B7-8560-435E-9A91-BE210988A6AB.jpeg Hi, Is someone able to explain the attached photo for me?! Even citizens advice are stumped by it!!
My husband is being chased for money by a wholesaler for a company that he ran as a director. He resigned from this company 5 years ago whilst the other director continued to run the company. My husband is the 2nd defendant & is defending the claim. We have no idea what the 1st defendant (Other director who spent the money) has put in as his defence.
I have tried to log into money claim online but I need a defence pack password which we don’t have. My husband filed his defence on the original court paperwork sent by the claimants solicitor.
Does anyone understand the letter we have received or know how I get a defence pack password?

Call the court and tell them you don't have a password to log in online. If your husband has already filed a defence with the court then that would be taken as his defence and you can't update it in the Money Claims Online system.

As for the Order, suggests that the judge has requested that a telephone hearing be set up to discuss instructing an expert on a joint basis and the costs of doing so. References to "list" generally means court staff to put in a date for a hearing e.g. a court hearing is listed for 17 September 2020 at 10am.

If you are in doubt, you can always call the court to clarify what it means.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
