  • Vodafone - Lowell Solicitor - CCJ

    Hello there.

I need help with a Lowell Solicitor case. Back in 2015/2016 I stopped paying a contract that I had with Vodafone as I kept receiving high bills that came from nowhere. I went to the Vodafone shop several times to see why I was being charged so much but I never had an answer so after a few months I told then I was going to stop paying and I did so.

They then sold the case to Lowell Solicitor and back in 2019 I contacted Vodafone to try and sort everything out but they told me there were no cases open against me (I have the subscripted conversations) so I got a new contract with them as before I had those high bills I never had a problem with Vodafone. Somehow, after Vodafone told me there were no cases open against me Lowell Solicitor sent me a letter for a CCJ. I contacted Vodafone again which have been investigating the case for the last 3/4 months.

Do I really need to pay to Lowell Solicitor as it seems like Vodafone has been messing around from moment one.

I would really appreciate your help,

    Thank you.
