Conveyancing for a very small piece of land

Hi
can anyone recommend a Conveyancer that can assist with the purchase of a small piece of land at a reasonable price please? My neighbour has offered to sell me a piece which is at the bottom of my garden, it’s only very small (approx 138cms x 177cms) but the quotes I have received have all been upwards of £700 which, considering the size of it, makes it too expensive.
