Voluntary Termination Guide - Cannot Open

Hi,

I'm looking for information regarding voluntary termination and can see from the forums that a lot it can be found in the Voluntary Termination Guide by R0b .

However, when I try to open the file I just get a page with the letter 'I' at the top.

Am I doing something wrong or is there somewhere else that I can access the guide?
