Hi everyone,
I received consecutively 2 PCN's as the road where I park my car on usually for the past 2 years - it was free parking, no signs or anything.
The weekends I normally go and get my car and I've just had 2 of them stuck on my wipers. They have suddenly changed the spaces into controlled Pay and Display parking zones without any notice, and as such these were the grounds they charged me for.
Is anyone able to shed some light on how to structure my appeal to them as I believe that's totally unfair.
