I have received an email from Capquest offering a 59% reduction on the balance of a credit card debt owed to MBNA. I haven't paid anything to this debt or acknowledged it since 2011 and it doesn't appear on my credit file. Can I just send them back a Statute Barred letter (I am in Scotland) as this debt would have stopped being enforceable at least 4 years ago ? The only thing that worries me is that I dont recall the default date for the debt and as it's no longer on my credit file, I can't check.

Yes - send time barred under Limitation Act letter"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar.
