I am currently paying off a CCJ to Mortimer Clarke at a court agreed rate and not once have i missed a payment agreed by the court. I have phoned them every six months to discuss my circumstances after receiving letters from them. My questions are as follows.

Is there any legal obligation for me to do this due to the payment rate being agreed by the court

can i be legally forced to increase the payments

Is there any legal rule i can use to ask them to stop contacting me
